Dear Family,
Wow this week has flown past. I
really can't believe it! Well, this week was a little bit of a
bummer when we got the numbers of the zone yesterday. The most
important thing to me is that my zone goes up. However, there are
three sectors that are on the floor because they are old missionaries
that are prideful and don't want to learn. You can't teach an old
dog new tricks especially when they just don't give a dang about
their mission. It makes me wonder why they don't just go home if
they don't want to work. God sure as heck isn't happy with them not
working. God has literally put all his trust in us to share the
gospel but they don't get that or something. Oh well, we gotta make
some big changes here. We're going to throw down three interchanges
this week and today I spent my whole p-day morning revising houses
and they are trashed, wow! Oh well, God is blessing us with being
able to talk to the missionaries with love so they don't just up and
stop working totally. It's a fine line between getting after them
and still being loving so they still love. We called the assistants
today and asked advice. They gave us some points so we will do that
tomorrow in the district meeting. I'm so happy to be here. I'm so
stoked to be a missionary. I'm learning so much how to be a real
representative of Christ.
Gladys Gutierrez is my convert:) She
is so amazing and she is the mom of the Ponce family. Gosh I miss
them so much. Tell her I love her so much and that I really miss
Ramon and her kids:)
Also, No, I am not writing to Colton.
I can't e-mail him. Just make sure he knows that I can't break a
single rule being zone leader. We have to be perfect examples to the
other missionaries and if I want God to bless my sector with
converts, I have to obey.
I love you all so much:) Happy
Halloween. I'll probably carve a watermelon or something.
Love,
Elder Profaizer
