FELIZ NAVIDAD:)
Dear Family,
FELIZ NAVIDAD:)
Well, the weeks just keep coming and
going. That's Crazy! Well, I've gotten 4 packages:) Wow! Thanks so
much. I couldn't wait to open them:) sorry, haha, I love the GTO
thanks for that. I hope one day I'll have a real one. This week has
been pretty stressful. The pressure is really being put on us to get
our zones up to end the year well. But the good news is, this week
we double the attendance of the zone from 25 to 40 people in church.
That was great! For someone to get baptized, they have to attend
church two times. So if they don't, the whole process gets set back.
In my zone, we did well. In fact, we were higher than any other
zone and if we keep going hard this month, we will break records in
our zone.
I hope you are all having a great
holiday season. It's still hot as heck here. In fact, it's getting
hotter and we'll soon start the rainy season, oh boy.......
I'm excited to talk to you all on
Christmas. We can talk in the night after 6. I'll let you know more
next Monday.
Wow, times really flying
past.....looks like this year there will be no Christmas dinner or
anything. They said last year that too many missionaries lost focus.
I guess we'll see what happens, but we are going to have another
baptism Saturday. Her name is Leonor Campoverde. We're pretty happy
for that. The mission is pretty good right now.
You guys were talking about college so
I was going to ask you if you could send me a list of housing options
so I could let you guys know before it's too late. Please let me
know as soon as you can about that. Thanks for the Christmas money.
I don't know what I'll spend it on. I may just save it till there is
a month without money. I really appreciate you all so much.
I love you all so much. I hope you
have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. Please tell Grandma
that I love her and to have a Merry Christmas.
Love,

Dear Family,
Hello family, how are you all?
Well, this week was pretty good. Carolina Barco got baptized!!!!
She was so excited and now I think we are going to baptize her twin
sister in a couple of weeks. She got up and bore her testimony
yesterday and it was so great. She said that she felt like
everything was just right in her life. She said it was hard to
explain how she felt. She was so excited and her mom and sister came
to her baptism. They were so excited for her. I hope that makes a
spark in them so they get baptized also.
The zone still hasn't went up much and
we're feeling the pressure. I hope we can get things turned around
here or I don't know what will happen.
The mission really is so great. It
teaches you so much. It's the best thing I've ever done. You really
feel the best you have ever felt or the worse. It's kind of a
rollercoaster sometimes but the good thing is you always go back up
when you are at the lowest point.
Christmas is coming up and I'm excited
to talk to you all. I guess I'm on the home stretch now so here
comes the Endure to the End part. It's weird now to know that we are
the old people in the mission. I never thought I would be here.
I'm so happy to hear that things are
going good at home. I'm so happy that everyone is doing well. Well,
I don't have much to say today but I'll send the rest of the
recordings and some pictures of the baptism.
I love you lots,

Dear Family
Dec 3, 2012
Dear Family,
Well, this week has been good. First
off, to answer your question about the dentist, yes, I did go to the
dentist. One of my fillings came out and I had 2 cavities. I'm
sorry. I know we are the ones that have to pay for that....no
problem.
This week that's coming up, we are
going to have another baptism and we're pretty excited about that.
Carolina Barco is getting baptized. I'm pretty stoked for her:).
She will be a big asset to the church. Today, we were in council all
day with President but he did give us some good news. On Wednesday
we are going to the temple. Wow! It's going to be great. I've only
been able to go 4 times my whole mission. It's really such a great
thing to do because the mission gets pretty stressful sometimes but
the peace in the temple will help a lot of things right now.....
I can't wait to call you all on
Christmas. That will be great. I can't believe that it's already
here but the time is flying past.
I love you all a lot and I hope that
you have a great week. Enjoy the cold because I'm melting here.
Haha.
Love,

Two Baptisms

Dear Family,
Well this week hasn't been too shabby.
We had 2 baptisms and we completed a family. The boys Mom was a
less active lady. She used to be the Relief Society President back
back back in the day till she had troubles in her life and gave up on
church when her husband died. We found her when we were out
contacting and reactivated her. Her boys got baptized and she is now
working to receive her endowment. Wow, how awesome.
The zone is still low but we have a
few ideas to get it up. I'm pretty stressed and sometimes I feel
like at this time in the mission, I'm just grinding each day away
with a small nail file but I'll make it through. The Assistants to
the President are pressuring us a lot. I hope we get the numbers up.
I sent a letter today to you guys that
has a note for my school records permission. I hope to study
business when I get home and I hope you guys put me in spanish
classes so I can just get a lot of easy credits and so I don't lose
my spanish.
Today we finally have a real p-day and
no meetings. I hope to go home, eat and sleep haha. I'm missing a
lot of rest. When I get home, I'm gonna sleep for 3 days straight:)
Thanksgiving was normal. We didn't
even remember it was thanksgiving until our mission leader called us
to say Happy Thanksgiving. We didn't eat anything so next year I
hope there is a feast! It was so nice to see all the pictures. The
family is getting sooooooo big. Wow! I can't believe it. Kolter is
huge, haha wow!
Love you all so much.
